Product Manager

We’re looking for an energetic product manager who will translate product strategy into detailed requirements, work alongside designers to create functional prototypes, and ensure timely execution of product roadmap.

Responsibilities

·        Responsible for creation of new products and features from the ideation to launch

·        Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories

·        Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectation

·        Create and maintain the product roadmap

·        Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact

·        Evaluate product performance

·        Generate new ideas that grow market share and improve customer experience

·        Implement beta tests

Experience and Skills

·        4+ years of product management experience in a Fintech startup

·        Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

·        Proven ability to facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Proven ability to assess and address technical risks

·        Software engineering work experience will be an added advantage
