About the role

They are looking to hire a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Strategy and Operations Lead. In this role, you will work closely with the founding team to improve internal operations, coordina

tion and ensure cross function between teams. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that support the growth and success of the company.

  • Develop and execute strategies that support the growth and success of the company
  • Work closely with the founding team to improve internal operations and coordination
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration between teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Identify areas of improvement and implement solutions to streamline operations
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and manage project plans to ensure timely completion of key initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve common goals
  • Support the founding team on a day-to-day basis with various operational tasks and special projects as needed

You will be helping the founding team with internal operations and coordination, as well as developing and aiding key initiatives.

What you need to have done in your career?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy and operations management
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus
