About the role

They are looking to hire an Enterprise Sales Lead (Fintech). You will be responsible for the preparation of the Business growth plan with clear targets for Gross Transaction Volume, Merchant Acquisition, Revenue Generation, Terminal deployment, Retrieval, Remapping, Agent Recruitment, Transaction Monitoring and Commission in consonance with the company’s operational plan.

What you need to be considered successful?

Success in this role will be demonstrated by your ability to help the business grow, by coming with a clear cut plan to help the merchant Acquisition, revenue generation and a remapping strategy. You will also be responsible for the following:

● Driving the sales & revenue on their Agent Management Platform through partnerships and acquiring of businesses (Merchants) to their platform

● Leading and monitoring teams to achieve the desired objectives in line with established plans, sales goals and schedules

● Driving needed partnerships to offer a reliable & cost effective solution to their merchants and other agents/aggregators on their platform

● Generate new business by creating and sending out bespoke proposals to prospects, interface with partners and aggregators on sale of agent banking solutions.

● Develop and Maintain profitable customer relationships with Merchants on their platform.

● Implementation of the growth strategy in line with the company’s overall strategy including merchant acquisition on their Fintech Platform

● Resolve Merchant's, internal and external queries and complaints in line with the customer service standards of the company.

● Work closely with the tech team to ensure agent transaction systems are up and running all the time.

● Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning.

● Provide the necessary leadership coordination required to get the company growing and to sustain its competitive advantage.

● On successful achievement of their targets through their Agent management platform, you will be charged with setting up our Fincra Agent Network.

What you need to have done in your career?

● B.Sc. Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline.

● Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy, business scaling, product leadership, FinTech or other leadership roles driving and implementing revenue growth with banking solutions.

● Strong Understanding of the Fintech Banking Environment.

● Proven track record in the financial sector, specifically monetary finance institutions (MFI), expected experience in banking and/or payments is a significant bonus.

● Strong commercial acumen maintaining a keen focus on revenues, growth and profitability,

combining strategic and analytical capabilities with a results-focused approach.

● Demonstrated success building a risk-based business (both strategy and execution).
