Lending Manager

Responsibilities:

·        Develop daily/weekly/monthly plans with aim of meeting performance goals

·        Maintain a good knowledge of AjoCard lending process and procedure

·        Responsible for building the loans portfolio with an acceptable level of non-performing loans

·        Deliver management and monitoring reports
