Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Jobs by CareerBuddy ("we", "us", "the Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. The Service is invite-only; access may be revoked at any time and for any reason.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the security of your credentials. Do not share your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or impersonating content.
- Scrape, copy, or republish data from the Service.
- Reverse-engineer, attack, or attempt to bypass our security controls.
- Use the Service to harass, discriminate against, or solicit users outside the hiring context.
4. Content you submit
You retain ownership of content you submit (CV, profile, job descriptions, messages). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display that content as necessary to operate the Service.
5. Fees
Candidate accounts are free. Recruiter and company plans are billed per the Pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Termination
You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Surviving sections (IP, indemnity, liability, governing law) continue after termination.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
